Do the apartments have a cleaning service during the stay?
The apartments do not include any type of daily cleaning. For stays longer than 7 days in the price a cleaning and change of towels and weekly linen is included, this does not include the cleaning of the kitchen and utensils, which in any case must always be left clean and orderly. The client can contract the extra cleanings that he wants, requesting the rates and the service in Reception.

What are the hours of access to the swimming pool?
The swimming pool and solarium are open from 9am to 9pm.

Are there smoking areas or apartments?
In compliance with the new Anti-Tobacco Law, smoking is not allowed in the entire building.

How can I find an apartment available on specific dates?
The best way to find apartments available in a specific period is to do a search for dates in our booking engine, selecting the number of people, type of accommodation, date of arrival and date of departure. You can also contact our reservations department.

What are the admission and departure times of the apartments?
The entrance time to the apartments is from 18 h. Guests must leave the apartments on the day of departure before 12 in the morning.

Is it possible to enter or leave the apartment before or after the stipulated time?
The established schedules both in and out allow the apartment to be prepared for guests. In some cases, it may be flexible with schedules depending on availability. This information can only be confirmed by our staff, once the reservation has been completed. In any case we have a luggage service where you can deposit your bags both before entering and after leaving the apartment.

Is it possible to rent the apartments for a long time?
The apartments can be rented for long periods of stay, please contact our reservations department for these cases.

What expenses and services are included in the price?
Apart from all the services described in our section of services included in the price is also included the consumption of hot and cold water, electricity, air conditioning and a weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and bath.

Are pets allowed in the building?
